Admissions Criteria

Admission to HPRS is by successful referral via the PRU Forum (See below), as a result of a Permanent Exclusion (PEX) or via an agreed consultation from the SEN Team. Our full admissions criteria is available for download below

In all cases a completed ‘Information Passport’ is needed for all areas of HPRS provision. This can be found on the ‘Referral Form’ page.

Schools are encouraged to discuss referrals with the respective Head of Centre in the first instance.

We are not able to take direct referrals from parents.
